This research aims to find out whether excellent service for the finance and accounting division at PTPN IV has been implemented and is in accordance with expectations, to meet the company's expectations based on service quality criteria in the finance and accounting division. As a division that focuses on finance and accounting, the finance and accounting division has a very important role in supporting the company's overall performance and success. The formulation of the problem in this research is what is the quality of employee excellent service to the company. The aim of this research is: To analyze the quality of excellent service for employees of the finance & accounting division at PTPN IV. The object of this research is employees of the finance and accounting division at PTPN IV. Sampling was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of the finance and accounting division to determine excellent service. The sample used was 40 employees who were considered valid. This type of research is quantitative research, with data collection techniques using questionnaires and data processed using SPSS. This research uses simple linear regression analysis.
