Analisis Kendala dalam Penggunaan E-Wallet untuk Berbagai Transaksi Digital di Era Milenial

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain the obstacles experienced in using E wallet services for D III Finance, D III Accounting, and D III Secretariat students at the Vocational Faculty, University of North Sumatra. The type of research used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with students of D III Finance, D III Accounting and D III Secretariat of the Vocational Faculty, University of North Sumatra who used e wallet services. The results of this research explain that several E wallet service applications often experience problems in their use, but the problems experienced by the interviewees always get handled very quickly so that the e wallet service applications can be accessed again. Not only are there Obstacles, the interviewees also often get benefits when using E wallet service applications for transactions.
