| dc.description.abstract | This research discusses the procedures for issuing SP2D at the Medan City DPMPTSP by checking supporting documents and analyzing the efficiency and effectiveness of the SP2D at the Medan City DPMPTSP. The research method used in this research is interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. The results of this research indicate that the procedures for issuing SP2D at the Medan City DPMPTSP are in accordance with applicable procedures. With this research, it is hoped that the SP2D publishing procedures and SP2D efficiency and effectiveness analysis can be better understood. | en_US |
