Aplikasi Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Informtika (HIMTI) Fakultas Vokasi Universitas Sumatera Utara Berbasis Website

Abstract

The website is an information system site page that can be accessed quickly as a medium for promotion and information for an organization. This happened at the Informatics Engineering Student Association (HIMTI) University of North Sumatera, the student institution needed an information technology that could provide knowledge about what activities were carried out there. So far, there is no website that manages the flow of information related to activities that can be conveyed to Universitu of North Sumatera students, especially the informatics engineering study program, therefore the author is encouraged to design and build a website that can tell what activities are carried out using a special account that will later be used to informatics engineering students. This system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The Informatics Engineering Student Association (HIMTI) University of North Sumatera is able to provide information about all organizational activities for administrators or other students. The results of this research have been successfully implemented into a website for the Informatics Engineering Student Association which is a medium for managing information related to any activities carried out at the Informatics Engineering Student Association (HIMTI) University of North Sumatera.
