Cellulolytic fungi are microorganisms used to accelerate the decomposition rate of organic matter. Cellulolytic fungi in nature are obtained from organic waste containing cellulose. This study aims to get cellulolytic fungi on oil palm trunck collapses on the land of Nusantara IV Plantation Laras Business Unit, which has the potential to decompose oil palm stem pieces. The study was conducted in 3 stages: 1: isolation and purification of cellulolytic fungi, 2: macroscopic identification, and 3. testing the potential of cellulolytic fungi on oil palm stem media. Samples were taken from areas of land that contained Ganoderma fungi and areas of land that did not have Ganoderma fungi, carried out randomly isolation of cellulolytic fungi using specific media carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC). The results showed 16 isolates of cellulolytic fungi and had different morphological forms. Among them, 9 isolates found in areas where Ganoderma fungi detected and seven isolates in areas not detected Ganoderma fungi. The cellulosic mushroom isolates obtained have different abilities in lowering the C/N ratio of oil palm truncks. The highest decrease in C/N ratio in oil palm arise media during the 14-day incubation period was in mushroom BKS-AG 1 isolate of 104.8, this isolate has the most potential to help accelerate the decomposition of oil palm trunck.en_US
