Prosedur Pembukaan Tabungan Rencana melalui Livin By Mandiri pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Region I/Sumatera 1

Abstract

Mandiri Tabungan Rencana is term savings provided by Bank Mandiri that helps customers, especially “first jobber” to manage their finance properly so as to help them realize all their plans in future. Mandiri Tabungan Rencana can be opened via Livin‟ by Mandiri app which is a digital banking services issued by Bank Mandiri to provides a simple and safe transaction anytime and anywhere, so customer doesn‟t have to go to the bank. The purpose of this final project is to find out the information about Mandiri Tabungan Rencana and the procedure of opening this savings account through Livin‟ by Mandiri. Data related to the procedure of opening Mandiri Tabungan Rencana are obtained based on the type of primary data and secondary data, which is by doing interview with the Officer Transaction Banking Retail Business and data contained in offical website, and journals. This Final Project Report is intended to help explain the steps of opening Mandiri Tabungan Rencana through Livin‟ by Mandiri.
