Analisis Perbandingan Kinerja Keuangan antara PT Timah Tbk dengan PT Central Omega Resources Tbk Periode 2018-2020

Abstract

The level of competition in the business world today is very tight, every company must constantly improve its performance in order to compete to increase market share and reach new consumers. This research aims to analyze the financial performance of the two companies, namely PT Timah Tbk and PT Central Omega Resources Tbk. This research method uses a quantitative method where data collection is taken via the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. This research was analyzed using financial ratios which include liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, profitability ratios. The results of calculations carried out using financial ratios show that the two companies have not been able to achieve industry standard financial ratios. If the two companies cannot reach industry standard financial ratios, it will certainly disrupt the company's financial stability. However, when compared, the financial performance of PT Timah Tbk is still better than PT Central Omega Resources Tbk because the calculation results using PT Timah Tbk's financial ratios are still superior. By improving performance in managing finances, the two companies' finances can be stabilized.
