dc.description.abstract | The People's Legislative Council of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) is one of the largest state institutions within the Indonesian protection framework and is a group representative body. In completing their duties, especially DPRD members in the North Sumatra Region also make regular working visits. Visits are made a limit of 4 times each year. Prior to directing a field visit, DPRD members must maintain a working guideline system, in particular submitting official letters containing statements from the facilitator and DPRD administrators respectively.
