Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Struktur Kepemilikan, Profitabilitas, Return on Equity dan Leverage Perusahaan terhadap Penerapan Good Corporate Governance (Studi Kasus Perusahaan Perbankan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2018-2020)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of company size, ownership structure, profitability, returns on equity and company leverage on the implementation of good corporate governance. This study uses a sample of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018-2020 period. From 43 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using a purposive sampling technique, 15 banking companies were sampled in this study. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained through the website www.idx.co.id. The data obtained and collected were then processed using the SPSS version 25 . The results showed that the size of the company and ownership structure had a significant effect on the implementation of gcg, Profitability had a significant positive effect on the implementation of gcg, Return on equity and leverage had no effect on the implementation of gcg
