Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kebijakan Hutang, Profitabilitas dan Leverage terhadap Kebijakan Dividen pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2016-2019

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effects of company size, managerial ownership, debt policy, profitability, and leverage on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2016–2019. The financial report data utilized in this research was sourced from www.idx.co.id, the website maintained by IDX. The population in this research consisted of 24 companies listed on the IDX. There were eleven research samples, as purposive sampling was the method employed. The analysis techniques used are normality tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. The research findings indicate that company size, managerial ownership, debt policy, profitability, and leverage simultaneously significantly affected dividend policy at the IDX in 2016–2019. Partially, the factors company size, managerial ownership, profitability, and leverage have a positive effect on dividend policy, while the debt policy factor has a negative effect on dividend policy in manufacturing companies published on the IDX in 2016–2019.
