Pengaruh Kualitas Sistem Informasi, Kompetensi Pengguna dan Perceived Usefulness terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (Studi pada Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumatera Utara)

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the influence of information system quality, user competency, perceived usefulness, and top management support on user satisfaction of accounting information systems. This research model refers to the behavior model of using information system technology, namely the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by DeLone and McLean. The object of this research was carried out at the Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. This type of research is causal associative research with quantitative techniques, namelny research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The data used in this study is primary data using a questionnaire and distributed to 50 questionnaires to employees who use the accounting information at the Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. The data analysis method used in this study is multivariat Structural Equation Model (SEM) Program LISREL. The results found in this study are as follows: (1) the quality of information systems has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of accounting information systems, (2) use competency has a positive and significant effect on user, (3) perceived usefulness has an effect positive and significant effect on user satisfaction effect on user satisfaction of a accounting information systems.
