Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I
Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment and compensation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I. The type of this research is quantitative research. This research was conducted at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I with a research period of one month and using a likert scale. The population of this research are the employees of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I with a total of 168 respondents and the sample was taken using a saturated sample method, a method where each population group has a similar opportunity to be appointed as a sample. The data source for this research is primary data obtained through observation and distributing questionnaires to the employees. Data analysis techniques uses descriptive analysis, data quality testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The results of this research showed that partially, organizational culture, organizational commitment and compensation variable have positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, organizational culture, organizational commitment and compensation variable have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I.
