Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Struktur Modal, Kepemilikan Manajerial dan Kepemilikan Institusional terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2020

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of firm size, capital structure, managerial ownership and institutional ownership on firm performance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018- 2020 period. This type of research is quantitative and the data used is secondary data. The population used in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020, totaling 195 companies. The sample companies in this study were 41 companies with the sampling technique of purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is Descriptive Statistical Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the size of the company has a positive effect on company performance. Capital structure has no effect on company performance. Managerial ownership has a positive effect on company performance and institutional ownership has no effect on company performance.
