dc.description.abstract | The objective of the research is to analyze whether there is indirectly significant influence of wage, capital, and the use of e-commerce on earnings through selling volume in the Small to Medium-sized Enterprises of the production sector in Medan. The research uses path analysis method to analyze the effects of independent variables on the dependent variable in order to explain the direct and indirect causes. It also uses field research method, using questionnaires. The data are collected from the period 2015-2020. It is found that 1) wage, capital, and the use of e-commerce directly bring positive and significant effects on the selling volume, 2) wage, capital, the use of e-commerce, and the selling volume have positive and significant effects on the earnings of SME in the trade sector in Medan, and 3) wage, capital, and the use of e-commerce indirectly have significant effects on the earnings of SME in the production sector in Medan through selling volume. | en_US |
