Abstract

This study aims to determine the handling system that applies in handling incoming letters and outgoing letters at the General Bureau of Setdaprovsu using e-archives. The handling system for incoming letters and outgoing letters at the General Bureau of Setdaprovsu uses e-archives which is an official website-based letter handling system that functions to archive incoming letters and outgoing letters at the General Bureau of Setdaprovsu based on date and type of matter. This website can store and record incoming letters and outgoing letters in softfile form making it easier and faster when the letter will be processed.
