Analisis Efektivitas Pengelolaan Anggaran Belanja pada Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Sumatera Utara Tahun 2020-2022

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the effectiveness of budget management in the Department of Marine and Fisheries during the period from 2020 to 2022. The study was conducted at the Department of Marine and Fisheries of North Sumatra Province, using secondary data obtained from the official website of the Department of Marine and Fisheries of North Sumatra Province. The research employed a quantitativ, the analyzed data included budget allocation, budget utilization efficiency, as well as the achievement of goals and objectives in programs funded by the budget. Effective budget management is crucial to support the growth and development of marine and fisheries, which has a significant impact on regional and national economies. The research results indicate that over the past three years, the budget management in the Department of Marine and Fisheries of North Sumatra Province can be considered effective, as evidenced by an annual effectiveness ratio of 90%.
