Pengaruh Transaksi Online (E-Commerce), Modal, Tingkat Pendidikan, Jam Kerja, dan Lama Usaha terhadap Peningkatan Pendapatan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Padangsidempuan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Online Transactions (E-Commerce), capital, level of education, working hours, and length of business on increasing the income of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Padangsidempuan City.The data collection method used is by distributing questionares using google form and directly to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Padangsidempuan City. The type of data used in this study is primary data using the Krejcie and Morgan table obtain as many as 377 samples. This type of research used quantitative approach, which was analyzed using multiple linier regression method using the spss version 26.The results showed that online transactions (e-commerce) have no effect on increasing MSME income, capital has an effect on increasing MSME income, level of education has effect on increasing MSME income, working hours have no effecr on increasing MSME income, length of business has no effect on increasing MSME income.
