Makrofauna Tanah Sebagai Spesies Bioindikator Pada Areal Ladang Pisang (Musa Paradisiaca L.) yang diberi Limbah Cair Pabrik Kelapa Sawit
Abstract
Bioindicators species are soil macrofauna that live and reproduce well. This study
aim to analyzed the type, the density, the frequency of presence, the relative density
and the bioindicator species of soil macrofauna survive in the soil. The
determination of sampling points was carried out by Purposive Sampling Method,
while soil macrofauna sampling was carried out by quadrat and hand sorting
methods. The results found a total of 22 species, at the banana field area, at block I
there were total of 49 species, block II obtained as many as 84 species, block III
found total of 67 species, and block IV earned as many as 62 speciesas well. The
highest population density was found at block II (plot pond 5) with 3 species, which
is Pontoscolex corethrurus (84.64 ind/2m2), Geophilus flavus (27.36 ind/2m2) and
Odontoponera denticulata (20.64 ind/2m2). The highest constancy values from the
four sites with absolute constancy (very frequent) category were 2 species,
Pontoscolex corethrurus and Geophilus flavus. Bioindicator species at the four
research blocks recorded 5 species, which were Fridericia sp., Pontoscolex
corethrurus, Geophilus flavus, Odontoponera denticulata, and Solenopsis invicta.
