dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Motivation, Discipline and Job Achievement on Employee Performance at the Bureau of the Chancellor of the University of North Sumatra. This type of research is quantitative with a population of 407 employees, the data is processed using SPSS v.25. The results showed that Motivation Leadership Style, Discipline, Work Performance together or simultaneously had a significant effect on Employee Performance, Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Performance has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performanceen_US
