Pengaruh Kecanggihan Teknologi Informasi, Kemampuan Teknik Pemakai, Dukungan Manajemen dan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi pada Perusahaan Alat Kesehatan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of information technology sophistication, user technical ability, management support and work experience on the performance of accounting information systems in medical device companies. The population of this study were employees who served as supervisors of finance, finance and accounting staff at medical device companies registered in PT Deli Karya Prima's medical device & PKRT e-Report with a total sample of 58 employees based on purposive sampling and using primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study prove that partially the sophistication of information technology, the user's technical ability and management support have a significant positive effect on the performance of accounting information systems while work experience has no effect on the performance of accounting information systems. Simultaneously, information technology sophistication, technical ability of users, management support and work experience simultaneously have a significant simultaneous influence on the performance of accounting information systems.
