dc.description.abstractThis research is conducted to know the influence of islamics principles, margin levels,promotions, and financing procedures on customer decisions in using murabahah financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sipirok. The type of this research was quantitative descriptive with using saturation sampling/ census, meaning the whole population is used as a sample and obtained samples 72 respondents. The type of data used in this research consisted of primary data through questionnaires. This research multiple regression analysis techniques by using SPSS 22. Based on the results of this research analysis shows that margin levels, promotions and financing procedures has a positive effect on customers decisions i using murabahah financing products.en_US
