Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the role and obstacles of the Kepul Application in efforts to increase the development of a clean, green and healthy living environment through community economic empowerment. The type of data used in this research is qualitative data. Based on the research, the results obtained are that the Kepul Application cannot stand alone but must be integrated with the 4R movement so that the direct benefits felt are not only economic, but the development of a clean, green and healthy environment and the Kepul Application program still has several obstacles, including, lack of awareness and participation. community, the distance between the Kepul Application and the customer's house, the Kepul Application having to compete with mobile second-hand goods dealers, and transportation constraints.
