Pengaruh Keputusan Pendanaan, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Asuransi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017-2021

Abstract

The objective of this research is the effect of funding decisions, company size and profitability on firm value in insurance companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange. The period in this research is 2017-2021. This is a descriptive qualitative research type. The population in this research is the insurance companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method is the purposive sampling, where each population company has sample criteria in order to obtain 45 samples of observations of insurance companies in 2017-2021. This research uses secondary data. The data analysis method in this research employs multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 25 analysis tool. The research results by partial test find that funding decisions has a negative and significant on firm value, company size has a negative and significant on firm value and profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value in insurance companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange. However, the research results by simultaneous test find that funding decisions, company size and profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value in insurance companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange.
