dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of System Quality,
Information Quality, Service Quality, Performance Expectancy, and Price Value
on User Satisfaction Accounting Information Systems in the Gojek online
transportation service application. The main theory used in this study is the D&M
IS Success Model which describes aspects as indicators of the success of an
information system in growing user satisfaction. The additional theory used to
support this research is the UTAUT 2 theory, this theory provides indicators that
influence behavior in the form of intention and use of an information system. This
research approach is quantitative with the type of causal associative research. The
population in this study were all active regular undergraduate students at the
Faculty of Economics and Business, University of North Sumatra, 2018-2022 with
a total sample of 352 students drawn using a purposive sampling method. Data
collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online to respondents. The
data analysis tool uses the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program.The results of this study
indicate that partially or simultaneously System Quality, Information Quality,
Service Quality, Performance Expectancy, and Price Value have a positive and
significant effect on User Satisfaction. Furthermore, the results of the coefficient of
determination show that all independent variables have an influence of 59% on the
dependent variable and the remaining 41% are influenced by variables outside this
