Pengaruh Profesionalisme, Independensi, Integritas, Motivasi dan Dukungan Manajemen Puncak terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Deli Serdang
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of professionalism, independence,
integrity, motivation and top management support on employee performance at the
Inspectorate of Deli Serdang Regency. This type of research is causal associative.
The population in this study was the Inspectorate of Deli Serdang Regency, and the
samples were all employees of the Inspectorate of Deli Serdang Regency, totaling
79 people. Selection of the sample using the sampling method. The type of data is
primary data. In this study the method used to collect data was a survey method by
distributing questionnaires online. The data obtained and collected were then
processed using the SPSS version 25 application.The results showed that
professionalism, independence, integrity, motivation and top management support
have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Inspectorate of
Deli Serdang Regency.
