The objective of the research was to find out whether the UMA library provided onlige service promotion during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research used descriptive qualitative approach. Three librarians responsible for developing online service promotion strategy were involved in this research. The result of the research showed that the facility of the library promotion during the pandemic was digital platform which included instagram, facebook, youtube, twitter, website, annd whatsapp group. Training program concerning resources and service in the UMA library was delayed during the pandemic. The strategy was focused on the use of website and the account of social media. Besides that, the library also maximize "ask librarian" feature. It seemed that there was no activity done to replace book exhibition. The difference in service during the pandemic was the use of technology and digital feature with the ratio of 90% digital and 10% conventional. One of the problems which appeared during the promotion in the pandemic era was the nonconformity between the budget for the activity and the demand.en_US
