Pengaruh Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Manajerial,Ukuran Perusahaan,Umur Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas terhadap Kebijakan Utang pada Perusahaan Food and Beverage yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017-2021

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, company size, company age and profitability on debt policy in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. This research is a type of causal associative research. The population in this study was 21 food and beverage companies. This research uses a saturated sampling technique to obtain a representative sample of 14 companies. The type of data used is secondary data with data collection using documentation and literature study methods. The data analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression test. This research was carried out with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The results of this study show that company size and company age partially have a significant positive effect on debt policy, while institutional ownership, managerial ownership and profitability have no effect on debt policy.
