The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Return on Asset, Return
on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Price to Book Value and Company Size on Investor
Expectations for infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
in 2016-2021. This research uses purposive sampling in selecting the sample, there
were 22 companies out of 53 infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesian
stock exchange. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive
statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis,
hypothesis testing which is done by testing the coefficient of determination, t
statistical test and F statistical test through the SPSS application. The results of this
study indicate that Return on Asset and Return on Equity have a positive effect on
Investor Expectations. Meanwhile Debt to Equity Ratio, Price to Book Value and
Company Size has no effect on Investor Expectations. Other results in this study
also show that all independent variables used in this study have a significant
influence on investor expectations in infrastructure companies listed on the
Indonesian stock exchange in 2016-2021.
