Abstract

PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Medan USU Branch, offers a special loan product for borrowers who possess an employment certificate. The objective of this final project is to determine the procedure for granting Micro General Purpose loans at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Medan USU Branch. The method used is descriptive and data collection is conducted through interviews with relevant parties. Secondary data is obtained indirectly from existing sources such as books, journals, and other literature. Based on the findings of this research, Micro General Purpose loans offer the advantage of being an easy and practical financing solution with a high maximum limit. Monthly loan installments for Micro General Purpose loans are made according to predetermined timeframes.
