Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Pengungkapan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan, Rasio Harga Saham Per Nilai Buku, dan Rasio Laba Atas Ekuitas terhadap Abnormal Return pada Perusahaan Subsektor Makanan dan Minuman di BEI Tahun 2018-2021

Abstract

The research aims to determine and analyze the influence of company size, corporate social responsibility disclosure, price to book value, and return on equity on abnormal returns in the food and beverage subsector of the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2018-2021, both simultaneously and partially. This study utilizes secondary data obtained from company annual reports, obtained through the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) website and official company websites. Additionally, stock price data from relevant market and investment information websites are required. The sample for this study consists of 20 companies, resulting in a total of 80 data observations. The data analysis methods employed include descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The findings of this study indicate that company size, corporate social responsibility disclosure, price to book value, and return on equity simultaneously have an influence on abnormal returns. When examined individually, company size and price to book value demonstrate a significant impact on abnormal returns, while corporate social responsibility disclosure and return on equity do not exhibit any influence on abnormal returns.
