Abstract

The Manigom Nauli Baths Tourist Attraction, located in Dolok Panribuan District, Simalungun Regency, is a tourist attraction that has rich natural potential. With its potential, many tourists come to visit and enjoy the clarity and natural beauty of this tourist attraction. Local communities participate in its management and development, by exploiting this potential it can improve the welfare of local communities. The aim of this research is to understand what potential exists in the Manigom Nauli Baths, to determine the role of local communities in developing tourist attractions. The research method was carried out by conducting observations and interviews. Apart from that, writers also get literature where data is obtained from books, articles and other library sources. The results of this research are types of potential Manigom Nauli Baths tourist attractions that can be used as alternatives to improve the local community's economy. Local community involvement is very necessary in the development and management of the Manigom Nauli Baths. The potential of the Manigom Nauli Baths is an important factor in creating jobs and improving the quality of life of local communities
