    Abstract
    The need for daily drinking water for everyone really needs to be considered, because consuming less drinking water, especially mineral water can reduce the quality of health, moreover people who are in a place such as home, office or public place who are doing daily activities need to know whether the need for drinking water daily is sufficient. For that we need a system that can help provide information to people who use this system. The use of dispensers for household appliances which has now become a common item to be used as a source of supply of water that he wants to drink from the gallon of water he has. The use of conventional dispensers which generally only function as a medium for taking water that makes it easier for people to take water to drink needs to be developed so that the water taken from the dispenser can know the amount of water consumed. With the implementation of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology which is used to identify users, the system can then digitally record the daily consumption of water they consume. The knowledge of water consumption used is carried out by a detection process with a waterflow sensor, then the process carried out by the system will be continued with IoT (Internet of Things) technology so that users can read information digitally to see the use of water they have consumed in a period of 1 day. After testing in this study, the waterflow sensor can detect the volume of water consumed with an accuracy of 98% with the tests carried out and the data can be directly received by the user with a delivery time of 1-5 seconds for users to know the daily consumption of water they consume. It can be concluded that by using the technology implemented in this dispenser, users can find out in real time their daily water consumption has been fulfilled or not..
