Perancangan Ulang Tata Letak Fasilitas Produksi Dengan Menggunakan Systematic Layout Planning Dan Algoritma Blocplan Pada Pt. Anugrah Karya Aslindo

Abstract

PT. Anugrah Karya Aslindo is a company engaged in manufacturing that produces springbed mattresses. On the production floor of PT. Anugrah Karya Aslindo has a weakness, namely the long distance between departments. From the Foaming Department to the Semi-Finished Material Warehouse is 162 meters, the distance from the Raw Materials Department to the Foaming Department is 166 meters. The distance from the Raw Materials Department to the Sewing Department is 69 meters. This of course will cause the cost of moving materials to be large. The method used to solve this problem is to use Systematic Layout Planning and the BLOCPLAN algorithm. The results showed that there was a change in the total moment of displacement of 1.579 meters/month and an increase in the efficiency of material flow to 48% with a cost savings of Rp1.773.782.
