    Abstract
CV. Era Baru Panel is a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of sheet metal products, one of which is street lighting poles. The company began to experience an increase in the number of orders for street lighting pole products, but the completion of order requests often exceeded the agreed deadline. This was due to various constraints such as machine downtime when production was in progress, quite a large number of rework, unavailability of components to perform engine repairs and other factors. The street lighting pole production line has 5 production machines namely shearing machines, boring machines, bending machines, rolling machines and welding machines. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of each machine on the street lighting pole production line using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method and losses on each machine using Six Big Losses. The OEE value of each machine on the street lighting pole production line is below the JIPM standard with an average of 77.56% and the lowest OEE value is found in the bending machine with an OEE value of 72.09%. The biggest losses in the bending machine are reduced speed losses of 8.32%, process defect losses of 7.99% and breakdown losses of 6.47%. The value of these losses is analyzed using a fishbone diagram by looking at human factors, machines, materials, environment and methods and an effective management system design is made using the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) approach.
