dc.description.abstract | XYZ is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) in the form of a limited liability
company and operates in the financial and banking services sector. Based on the
performance report at Bank XYZ Medan Branch Office, it can be seen that there is
a decline in employee performance scores every year. Factors that influence
employee performance include competence, competence and work motivation. The
aim of this research is to determine the influence of competency, competency and
work motivation variables on efforts to improve employee performance at Bank
XYZ. The analysis test tool used is SmartPLS v.3.2.7 with the SEM (Structural
EquationModeling) analysis method. The results of this research show that
recovery has significant effect on employee performance with a p-value of 0.000 <
0.05. Employee competency have a significant effect on employee performance with
a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, and work motivation has a significant effect on employee
performance with a p-value of 0.020 < 0.05. | en_US |
