Analisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Project Manager terhadap Keberhasilan Proyek (Studi Kasus : Proyek Pembangunan Jembatan Sei Belawan)

Abstract

Project success is the goal of all parties involved in the project, so that the parties involved in the project must pay close attention to the factors that affect the success of the project. This study discusses how the influence of one of the project success factors, namely the man factor (human) by assessing the leadership of the project manager on project success. The research approach used in this research is a survey research approach, with data collection methods through structured questionnaires to selected respondents who are considered capable and competent in filling out the questionnaire. This approach allows the collection of relevant and valid data to analyse the influence of project manager leadership. The results of this study indicate that project manager leadership has a positive and significant influence on project success. The better and more effective the leadership demonstrated by the project manager, the higher the probability of project success. Data analysis shows that the influence of project manager leadership on project success reaches 75.7%. This indicates that project manager leadership is an important factor in achieving project goals and the remaining 24.3% is influenced by other factors
