dc.description.abstractThe application of technology in the field of construction, especially in Indonesia, is still rarely used. This can certainly have an impact on discrepancies at the planning stage. Therefore, it is very important to use Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology such as Tekla Structures in the planning stage. The purpose of this research is to determine the output of the application as well as to determine the comparison and difference of quantity take off calculations using the BIM method against conventional methods. This research was conducted by modeling the Shop Drawing. Then the calculation of quantity take off using BIM is carried out. Furthermore, an analysis of the calculation results that have been obtained is carried out. From the results of the analysis, a comparison value of 8.61% smaller than the project work volume for structural concrete work and 6.6% smaller than the project work volume for structural concreting work was obtaineden_US
