dc.description.abstractOn the Sei Belawan Bridge project several times experienced delays in work, so that activities on the project were ineffective which could result in project delays. Schedule preparation using the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) can find out the relationship between one activity and another activity specifically. This research aims to make the project have time reserves as a safety factor so that the project does not experience delays. The results showed that the value of time reserves in the initial situation of the project was positive (+) 36 days, while the value of time reserves in the 26th week of work implementation was positive (+) 8 days and the value of time reserves in the 35th week of work implementation was positive (+) 2 days. Analysis of the erosion rate of time reserves until week 35 reached 94.44%, and the rate of completion of activities has reached 96.83%, then the remaining work is 3.17%, while the remaining CW is 5.56%. Thus, there is still a positive remaining (+) 2 days of additional time for further worken_US
