Pengaruh Variasi Laju Aliran Gas terhadap Sturktur Mikro dan Sifat M,Ekanis Similar Joint Aluminium 6061 menggunakan Pengelasan Tig
Abstract
Construction using metal materials currently involves a Jot of welding elements, especially in the field of design. Therefore good welding results are needed so that the construction can be made strong and safe. The use of gas protection when welding is important when welding. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of gas flow rate on welding. By varying the gas flow rate it is hoped that it can increase the strength of the weld. In this research, Aluminum 6061 was used. The welding method used in this research was TIO (Tungsten Inert Gas) with a gas flow rate vruiation of 12Uminute. 19Uminute and 26L/minute using a current strength of 110 A and using argon gas. The highest tensile strength and hardness values occun·ed at a gas flow rate of 26L/minute with a value of 183.34 Mpa, a hardness value of 81.4 VHN, and had a surface visual appearance with the minimal defects.
