dc.description.abstract | The development of the sustainable manufacturing industry allows companies to
compete competitively with other companies. One of them is by implementing green
supply chain management CV. Aneka Guna is a manufacturing industry that
produces soy sauce. The problem faced by the company are not online, no waste
processing, using materials that damage the environment, no alternatife fuel, and
returning soy sauce products for consumers. The aim of this research is to analyze
the performance of implementation of green supply chain management that has
been implemented by the company and utilize business intelligence to assist in
company decision making. This is done in order to reduce the environmental impact
produced by the company. This research was carried out by surveying parties
related to the applied green supply chain management analysis, interviews with
experienced practitioners, and data analysis by creating visualizations in the form
of dashboards. The results of this research are implementing 4 green procurement
characteristics (44%), 12 green manufacturing characteristics (46%), 6 green
distribution characteristics (75%), 6 green packaging characteristics (57%), and 5
reverse logistics characteristics (50%). Furthermore, based on the Dashboard
Visualization, information was obtained in the form of purchasing costs without
used bottles amounting to IDR 13,348,600. Then the savings by using used bottles
for 3 months is IDR 3,410,800. This savings is one of the applications of green
supply chain management by utilizing used glass bottles collected and purchased
by CV. Aneka Guna. Than the smallest moving average error forecasting method is
