dc.description.abstractBased on the spike in cases with the Omicron variant, it is certain to have an impact on health workers who are on the front line. The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on the psychology of health workers such as stress. Stress during a pandemic is related to the social support received and the regulation of emotions used. This study aims to determine the effect of social support and emotional regulation on the stress of women health workers who have multiple roles during the COVID -19. This study used accidental sampling technique and involved 182 individual women health workers who have multiple roles. The measuring tools used three scales, there are stress scale, social support scale, and emotional regulation scale. The analysis technique is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that (1) social support had a significant impact on stress, (2) emotional regulation had significant impact on stress, (3) social support and emotional regulation had an effect on stress of women health workers who have multiple roles during the covid-19 pandemic in Medan.en_US
