dc.description.abstract | Unbalanced load in the electric power distribution system always occurs and are caused by the uneven distribution of loads (current) in one phase to customers and unbalanced cosphies in each phase. This load imbalance results in losses. The research carried out by this researcher was to see the effect of load imbalance on distribution transformers on losses in conductor wires and saving costs in the form of kWh before and after load balancing using fuzzy logic with MATLAB software. After conducting the analysis, it was found that the largest losses occurred on Sunday at outlet 1 amounting 2405,64 Watts and 7558,86 Watt at outlet 2. By balancing the load using fuzzy logic, we succeeded in reducing losses to 1713,67Watts at outlet 1 and 5053,86 Watts at outlet 2. With this method, we succeeded in getting the largest saving cost (kWh) with a percentage of 34,15% at outlet 1 and 31,61% at outlet 2 on Saturday | en_US |
