Pengaruh Severity, Free Assets, Assets Retrenchment, Expenses Retrenchment Dan CEO Turnover Terhadap Keberhasilan Turnaround Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2022

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of severity, free assets, assets retrenchment, expenses retrenchment and CEO turnover on turnaround in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for year 2018-2022. The population in this study are manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for year 2018-2022 with a number of 152 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique and acquired 43 companies with 215 units of analysis. The type of this research is causal associative research. The type of research data is secondary data. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and logistic regression. The results of this research show that simultaneously severity, free assets, assets retrenchment, expenses retrenchment and CEO turnover on turnaround in manufacturing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for year 2018- 2022. Partially, severity has a positive and significant influence on turnaround, free assets has a positive and significant influence on turnaround, assets retrenchment has no effect on turnaround, expenses retrenchment has a negative and significant influence on turnaround, CEO turnover has no effect on turnaround
