dc.description.abstract | This research aims to analyze the effect of preventive maintenance measures on the effectiveness of shell and tube type condensers in industrial cooling systems. The condenser is an important component in the cooling cycle which plays a role in transferring heat from the working fluid to the surrounding environment. Proper preventive maintenance can extend the life and maintain condenser performance. This research method involves field surveys, data collection, statistical analysis, and numerical modeling. The results of data analysis show that regular implementation of preventive maintenance measures has a positive impact on condenser efficiency and performance. It was found that properly performed preventive maintenance can reduce the risk of damage. Thus, this research provides a better understanding of the importance of preventive maintenance on shell and tube type condensers in industry. These findings can serve as a guide for industrial facility owners in planning effective and efficient maintenance strategies to maintain the performance of their condensers and optimize the cooling operations of their systems | en_US |
