    Analisis Jaringan Distribusi Air Bersih Pdam Mual Natio Unit Tarutung menggunakan Software Epanet 2.0

    Abstract
    Water is a natural resource that has a very important function for the life of all creatures, including humans. So the supply of raw water for domestic, irrigation and industrial needs is a top concern and priority. In the service of clean water, it is necessary to have a good distribution network. Generally in urban areas and in some rural areas, the clean water supply system is managed by the Regional Water Company (PDAM). So it is necessary to analyze the distribution system of PDAM Mual Natio Unit of Tarutung. The method used to analyze the clean water distribution network system in Tarutung is using software Epanet 2.0. Based on the calculation results, the average customer usage/day in PDAM Mual Natio Unit of Tarutung is 137.7 liters/person/day. The distribution pipe of PDAM Mual Natio Unit of Tarutung uses PVC pipe with a diameter of 3 inches (75 mm), 4 inches (100mm), and 6 inches (150mm) and HDPE with diameter of 6 inches (150mm). The results of this study conclude that the clean water distribution system in PDAM Mual Natio Unit of Tarutung is not good, where the water distribution system at PDAM Mual Natio Unit of Tarutung has not been able to serve all the customers in Tarutung as a whole. So it is recommended to use a pump with a flow of 42 l/s and a head of 46 m, with the result that the pressure at each nodes is positive. Then change the diameter of pipe from 3 inches (75 mm) to 4 inches (100mm) with the result that the headloss becomes smaller. So it can be said that the distribution of water to customers can run better
