Pengaruh Persentase Penawaran Saham, Reputasi Underwriter, Umur Perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan Dan Earning Per Share Terhadap Tingkat Underpricing saat Initial Public Offering (IPO) Pada Perusahaan Yang Tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2019

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the percentage of stock offerings, underwriter reputation, company age, company size, and earnings per share on the current level of underpricing (Initial Public Offering) in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019. This study uses a sample of companies that are currently conducting Initial Public Offering (IPO) which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2019. There are 55 Initial Public Offering (IPO) companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019. A total of 49 Initial Public Offering (IPO) companies were sampled in this study. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling method. The data used in this research is secondary data. Research data obtained from www.idx.co.id and TICMI. The data obtained and collected were then processed using the SPSS version 25 application. The results showed that the percentage of stock offerings, company size and earnings per share had no significant effect on stock underpricing. Meanwhile, underwriter reputation and company age have a significant effect on stock underpricing.
