dc.description.abstract | In the context of the fast-paced growth of the coffee shop industry, where competition is increasingly intense, this study aims to construct a decision support system that merges the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) approach to offer coffee shop suggestions based on user criteria with the A* algorithm for discovering the most efficient route to the chosen coffee shop. Coffee has turned out to be a fashionable and desirable beverage for diverse individuals. Therefore, this study presents a system that successfully recommends coffee shops based on the user's preferences using the SMART method. Additionally, the system calculates and suggests the quickest route to the selected coffee shop using the A* algorithm. As a result, users are equipped to make informed decisions when selecting coffee shops and planning their travel routes. The research concludes that the combination of the SMART method and A* algorithm can offer an efficient solution to assist users in selecting coffee shops and planning their journeys. | en_US |
