Pengaruh Likuiditas, Perputaran Modal Kerja, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Dan Leverage Terhadap Profitabilitas Pada Perusahaan Properti Dan Real Estate Yang Terdaftar Di BEI Tahun 2016 - 2021

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, working capital turnover, sales growth, and leverage of profitability on property and real estate Companies Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2016 - 2021. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and obtained 41 samples of property and real estate companies websites, and data processing using SPSS 20 software. The result of this research was showed that partial sales growth have significant effect to profitability while liquidity, working capital turnover and leverage have no significant effect to profitability. Simultaneously of liquidity, working capital turnover, sales growth, and leverage company have significant effect to profitability on property and real estate Companies Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2016 – 2021
