Abstract

Indonesia with the NaCl content about 92% is still below the standard quality of industry salt 98%. Improving public salt quality has become an important topic of discussion. Nowadays, Indonesia is still relying on the imported salt, especially from Australia to meet the industry salt demand. Development of salt purification process is still ventured to improve the quality of salt as well as the efficiency.
