Identifikasi Faktor Pendukung Manajemen Komunikasi pada Proyek Pembangunan Perumahan (Studi Kasus : Pembangunan Perumahan Kompos Patria Tama)

Abstract

The sustainability of a construction project can run well if the related factors of the project can support the progress of the project. To improve it, there are many things that need to be considered, one of which is communication in the project. Good communication is one of the most important factors that are often overlooked in its implementation. Communication is very important in project management, which can result in the project being unsuccessful. This research was conducted to determine the dominant factors that can support the implementation of communication management in project. To find out the dominant factors in the Patria Tama Compost Housing (Perumahan Kompos Patria Tama) Development project, this research uses descriptive statistical analysis methods to find out the dominant factors in the variables by looking at the average (mean), minimum, maximum and standard deviation (far or near the data value with the average). The implementation of communication management in thst project has been implemented at 80% with 8 dominant variables that divided into 4 stages, namely: variables A6 (11.43%) and A3 (10.93%); B8 (11.62%) and B7 (11.27%); C9 (11.94%) and C10 (11.79%); D1 (14.15%); and D8 (12.11%)
